1 · Full-service elevator support for a capital landmark.
Cambodia Feilong Building is a landmark in Phnom Penh, bringing high-end offices, commercial space, a hotel and residences together in one mixed-use complex.
GOTS provides a full range of elevator services for the building, covering installation, repair, maintenance and modification — a single point of responsibility across the asset.
2 · Four functions, one transport system.
A mixed-use tower concentrates very different traffic patterns in the same core: office staff arriving in a narrow morning window, shoppers through the day, hotel guests at all hours and residents at night.
One system, many rhythms.
The elevator installation has to serve all of these groups without favouring one. Capacity, dispatching logic and service access are planned together so that peak demand in one function does not degrade the experience in another.
Service that protects uptime.
For a building of this scale, availability matters as much as ride quality. Planned maintenance and fast technical response keep the transport system working through long operating hours.
3 · The GOTS solution.
GOTS approached Feilong Building as a lifecycle project rather than an equipment sale:
- Installation coordinated with the building’s phased programme;
- Maintenance planned around the needs of each function;
- Repair and modification capability as tenant requirements evolve.
The result is a transport system managed as one asset, with consistent standards from the lower levels to the top of the tower.
4 · Keeping a landmark moving.
Landmarks are judged by how they perform after the opening ceremony. GOTS remains involved through maintenance, spare-parts supply and modernisation support.
For the building’s operators, that continuity reduces unplanned interruptions and protects the experience of every office tenant, shopper, hotel guest and resident.
